It has to be one of the most relaxed home from home hotels I've ever stayed in. My children absolutely loved it. Staff were super friendly, social areas fantastic, well thought out and comfortable. I spent most of my time in the slippers provided while walking around the hotel. Transport to and from hotel was great and used several times. Room a good size and well looked after each day. Lovely bathroom products and a good amount of towels. Great breakfast. Location looks as though it could be noisy as its on the side of a busy main road. But have to say out the back its very peaceful and a great place to sit and drink and eat while looking at the mountains. Location is somewhat out of Chamonix. So yes there are busses and hotel transport but its not necessarily a pop in pop out hotel unless you have a car.

Lovely customer service at reception, fresh clean rooms, nice bedding good comfortable nights sleep. Good amount of storage space in the rooms. Clean swimming pool and tiny Juccuzzi. Steam room and sauna were also good. The free public transport tickets was a lovely suprise on check in. Staff were actually really friendly and happy.

Excellent view and location - although quite far away from the town center, but Busses 2 and 1 are not far away and 2nd bus stops next to the property several times per day (extended route). Swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice - used them few times, very relaxing after a day full of adventures. Breakfast is good as well, includes bacon, sausages and omelette as hot meal, cheese, ham, yogurts, fruits and juices - perfect way to start your day.

Great choice for family trips or just to relax, 10 min drive from chamonix. From the indoor pool you can see a glaciar and the mountains, ask for a room on the back of the hotel for a great view. Very quiet rooms, Nice arcades (old games only) for free, Nice garden. Some discount on transportation included. Good and helpfull staff. Bar in the lounge area and a pool table. Bed very confortable and very clean room. Water bottle in the room every day.

Great hotel near chamonix. We spent the morning and afternoon doing sports so the hotel is great to come back and relax in the swimming pool and leisure areas. The room is also super comfortable and great air conditioning for summer time. Parking is also for free which is great. Second time staying in this hotel and will definitely come back

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely fabulous — spacious, clean, and beautifully presented. The swimming pool was amazing, perfect for both relaxing and getting in a few laps. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options and attentive service. Every part of the stay exceeded expectations. My kids loved it. Would definitely return!

1. Professional and nice staff. All information provided in a professional and timely manner, easy check in. If you haven't ordered breakfast,you can do it in a couple of minutes in the morning. 2. Hotel itself. A cosy room and bar on the ground floor, you can find a pool table, and table football or just sit outside and enjoy the view. The SPA is open until 10 p.m .it's very good for the tired travellers. 3. Location. View into Mountains, 10 min until the Mont Blanc Station Taconaz. With the guest card you can travel for free just do not forget to personalize your cards. 4. Rooms are clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Big Sky Hotel, and it’s perfect for families with children! Our 10-year-old especially loved the game room, where they made new friends and had a brilliant time. The staff were absolutely superb—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The design of the hotel is fabulous and relaxed, with iconic lighting and stylish interiors that make it a joy to spend time in. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of options to please everyone. We can’t wait to return for another memorable family holiday!

Stunning views over the mountains from the room and the restaurant. Nice lobby with American pool and table football. Amazing swimming pool, sauna and fitness facilities. Water, coffee and tea provided in the room is also nice to have. Above all, the receptionists were very nice and helpful. Last but not least, after checking out, I could still enjoy the swimming pool and sauna until the afternoon.

One of the best hotels, we’ve ever stayed in. Starting with amazing staff at the reception and bar/restaurant. Cozy and comfortable lobby makes you want to spend time there. There is a chillout zone with hammocks outside of the building. Parking is comfortable and big. Wellness zone has view on Mont Blanc - you can swim in the pool and look at magnificent mountain peaks. Room is spacious, even though we had the smallest one, it was quite big and comfortable for 2 people and big dog. It has tea and coffee. Room is cleaned everyday. GTA styles restaurant stole our hearts. We had a pizza day, it was really good. Hotel is pet friendly which is a big plus. Place is quite far from the city center but there is a free hotel transfer for guests without a car. Even though, the hotel is located next to the motorway, building is isolated, you cannot hear anything from outside.
